As an award-winning caterer, our goal is to work in partnership to support the health and wellbeing of military and civilian personnel operating in the unique environment of major high security defence sites. With the UK defence forces facing constant challenges around change and rationalisation our priority is to maintain the quality and value of our services on sites.
We deliver a range of solutions, alongside our catering service, to meet the combined needs of traditional soft services delivery and the Ministry of Defence - catering, retail and leisure (CRL) initiatives, hotel mess services, cleaning and sub contracted services.

Catering
Our catering operations have been developed to reflect the culture and diversity of the modern defence sector.
We maximise the quality and variety of food and accommodation on site while contributing to cost reduction goals and we have a team of expert nutritionists and dieticians who work with our wider food team to nurture wellbeing, health, and sociability.
Our goal is to ensure all we support all personnel and their families in achieving a healthy lifestyle so that they can meet the demands of their jobs.
Retail and convenience
We offer a range of bespoke retail options, providing chilled food and produce, hot food to-go options and an expanding range of international and ethnic goods to meet the diverse needs of defence sites.
We can also include other merchandise, such as under armour clothing options and practical daily use items, to ensure personnel have access to all the essentials they may need, on site.
Health & wellbeing
We have a team of expert nutritionists and dieticians who work with our wider food team to nurture health, wellbeing, and sociability.
Our goal is to ensure all we support all personnel and their families in achieving a healthy lifestyle so that they can meet the demands of their jobs.
Support services
In addition to our food and retail services we work with our team and partners to provide a range of support services to ensure a seamless service. These include mess and hotel services, cleaning, reception, vending, waste management, laundry, and building management.
