Previously responsible for a significant transformation of business within Edinburgh’s The Hub, Fi is an experienced general manager with 30 years of hospitality experience at the luxury end of the market.

Speaking of her appointment, Fi Morley said: “I’m delighted to join the Elior team here at Scottish Rugby. For the last 10 years, Elior has showcased Murrayfield as a symbol of national pride, cooking up the best of Scottish produce for fans and hospitality guests – growing both conference and events revenues and retail spend. My ambition is to continue to increase profitability and grow the business, working with the team on a raft of new exciting opportunities.”

As well as consulting on hospitality projects in the UK and overseas, Fi was Head of Food & Beverage at the National Trust for Scotland, and Senior Operations Manager with Heritage Portfolio. Here, she focused on large scale, complex VIP events, including working with the Palace of Holyrood House on the Royal Garden party, Zara Phillips’ wedding and a papal visit.

News of Fi’s appointment as Venue Director comes at the same time BT Murrayfield has extended its catering contract with Elior UK for a further five years until June 2031 - making the partnership a 22-year deal.
