Elior offers employees NVQ in Customer Service

Elior UK is further cementing its commitment to delivering the very best customer experience by offering its employees the opportunity to study for an NVQ in Customer Service.

Elior UK is further cementing its commitment to delivering the very best customer experience by offering its employees the opportunity to study for an NVQ in Customer Service.


The leading contract caterer, who is dedicated to providing the very best level of service to its customers, is working with training partner Babcock to deliver the NVQ free of charge to eligible employees.


Michele Moore, Head of People Development at Elior UK, explains: “Our people are at the heart of our business. By giving them the opportunity to study for an NVQ, a national professional qualification, we’re not only recognising their importance to the business but demonstrating our commitment to their personal development.

The NVQ will be open to all Elior’s eXperience Service Champions - employees who have been chosen by their peers to ensure Elior’s service standards are met.
