Catherine Roe - Chief Executive

Catherine has worked in the food services and hospitality industry for over 20 years. She is inspired by building a leading reputation for great service delivery, innovation and quality at Elior.

Catherine believes all good business are built on strong, sustainable relationships, a passionate team, commitment its colleagues, empowering them to do their best work and giving them the support for long and successful careers.

Leni Savva – Chief Financial Officer

Leni joined the business in November 2016. She is a chartered management accountant with a career in a number of blue chip organisations in retailing and finance.

Leni brings a passionate, forward thinking, dynamic, results orientated style to the role. But her approach goes beyond focusing on the numbers and she believes the success of a company is embedded in a strong culture, with innovation at the centre of it, employee passion, lived brand values and great customer service.

Robin Givens – Managing Director Contracts UK

Robin joined Elior in 2008, bringing with him extensive UK and International business development knowhow. He led the Elior UK Business Development Team from 2014 overseeing sustainable strategic growth whilst gaining valuable experience across our established and developing business sectors. Now working with our client portfolio across the UK with innovation and a continually improving customer experience as the driver of Elior’s progress

Justin Johnson – Human Resources Director

Justin joined Elior UK in 2005 having spent many years working in different roles within the hospitality industry.  Justin’s career highlight was seeing the Company be acknowledged as a Sunday Times Best Big Employer (not once but twice).  In this role, Justin leads teams supporting the business in generalist HR, talent management, compensation/benefits, learning and development, payroll and safety and wellbeing.

Having experience in many HR disciplines, Justin’s goal is to lead a passionate and talented team committed to providing an environment where everyone can fulfil their potential.  To achieve this goal Justin’s team works in partnership with all our colleagues, sharing skills, knowledge, tools and opportunities through a culture of engagement, innovation and fun.

Andy Harper - Chief Information Officer

Andy joined Elior in 2019, bringing over 20 years' experience in IT, and a track record of delivery in large organizations in the consulting, utilities, equipment hire and food sectors. His role is leading and developing our IT and digital capability in the UK.

Andy is a passionate about driving strategic change and improved performance through the transformation of systems and processes.  He sees the use of innovative technologies and the implementation of scalable solutions as key to supporting the Elior growth agenda.

Kenny Finlayson - Managing Director Stadia, Concessions, Universities

Having previously work in the hotel and hospitality industry for 12 years, Kenny joined Elior in 2001. Primarily focusing on the Stadia, Concession & Leisure sectors. He has based his business growth and retention on having the right people, high standards and successful relationships.

Kenny brings a wealth of operational knowledge and business acumen, whilst covering many diverse commercial cultures. He is responsible for the overall development strategy of these business segments, ensuring all financial and qualitative targets are met.

Sally Leigh - Strategic Purchasing & Logistics Director

Sally joined Elior UK as Strategic Purchasing & Logistics Director, in 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience across both the public and private sector.

She is responsible for developing and implementing the purchasing and logistics strategy. At the core of this strategy is forging strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly clients, customers and suppliers, to share best practice, improve efficiency and drive innovation.

Committed to providing a safe and ethical supply chain Sally is focused on implementing strategies that support CSR objectives and improve commercial performance.

Michal Seal - Marketing and Corporate Communications Director

With an established track record in the hospitality and travel sectors, Michal has demonstrated the ability to drive incremental revenue and profit by maintaining a sharp focus on customer needs and preferences. She joined Elior in 2021 to lead the marketing and communication functions.

 As a passionate advocate of the use of business and consumer insight to drive innovation, Michal sees great potential in leveraging technology to deliver sustainable commercial growth and futureproof the business.
