Facilities Management Journal ran a feature, focusing on new grazing boxes from Caterplus, which have been launched following extensive research and a successful trial in care homes last year.
Created by our development chefs and dieticians, in collaboration with care homes, the boxes comprise of a four-week grazing menu of highly nutritious savoury and sweet handheld snacks which can be used either in place of, or in addition to traditional plated meals.
