Your key responsibilities as the Marketing and Communications Executive will consist of:

Site Marketing & Customer Engagement:
• Work with restaurant/café managers to develop and execute targeted local marketing plans with a commercial approach in mind
• Improve the customer experience with marketing and customer engagement plans for new and existing business
• Assist marketing manager with project managing mobilisations, refurbs and project timelines
• Manage the creation, roll out and development of our site marketing apps, messaging and social plans
• Monitor, review and develop new marketing and signage ideas for sites
• Manage the seasonal approach to campaigns
• Support keeping the food and drink messaging fresh and relevant with seasonal campaigns and photography
• Track impact of campaign success and report back to wider business
• Build and maintain relationships with operators
• Ensure designs evolve to reflect the business and high street trends with Graphic Designer
• Work with Marketing Manager to develop site Marketing Champions
• Share best practice and examples of great retail delivery with sites
• Help our teams develop their marketing skills through training, sharing best practice and innovation

Lexington Comms:
• Create company wide social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
• Create content for blog on website
• Ensure website is kept up to date and content changed when necessary
• Monitor social media and website analytics
• Assist with organisation of internal and external events to promote Lexington brand
• Monitor new high street and restaurant openings in London
• Update and manage marketing content on LexTalk (Lexington Intranet)•Support with ad-hoc sales/marketing requests
• Support Marketing Manager and Food Team with new product development
• Ensure all Lexington brand guidelines are adhered to across the business
• Promote Lexington culture, food concepts and brand across the business
• Any other reasonable requests that may be required by the business


The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Marketing Manager include:

• Creation, implementation and reporting of marketing and comms plans
• Worked across all social media channels, creating and managing content
• Worked in a marketing role previously for 3+ years
• Has experience in working in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Has managed projects and has been part of project delivery
• Has a good understanding of stakeholder management
• Has worked in a commercial environment
• Has been responsible for delivering sales targets

• Marketing tools and techniques
• Social media platforms
• Knowledge of PR, content writing
• Understand contract catering/hospitality industry
• Degree educated

• Creative (both visually and written)
• Excellent copy writing skills
• Proof reading
• Time management, prioritising and managing multiple projects
• Proficient Adobe Suite software; InDesign

As part of your package, we are offering a salary up to £29,000 per annum. We also offer a travel card covering zones 1 to 2.

This role also comes with single healthcare cover, company pension scheme, life insurance (x4), 33 days holiday – pro-rata (including Bank Holidays).
