- Hospitality Supervisor
Your key responsibilities as the Hospitality Supervisor will consist of:
Cover in the hospitality managers’ absence.
General day-to-day running of the front-of-house operations within the facility.
Share responsibility for tills and cash handling within the facility.
Facility security - fire panel management/cover
Revenue forecasting and rota development
Promotional ideas to improve sales within the department.
To maintain/develop standards and control the operational systems as follows::
Kitchen service areas
Presentation and appearance of facility
Cleanliness of facility
To carry out risk assessments as per company requirements
Event management within the facility
To interact with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Also to handle customer queries, comments and complaints
Identification of training needs within full-time and part-time staff and implement adequate training with an understanding of HR procedures. Assist/lead inductions
To interact with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Also to handle customer queries, comments and complaints.16. Ensure that the cleanliness and appearance of staff are met at all times
To maintain and develop the standards within the operation
Employee discipline with an understanding of HR procedures
Ensure that daily start-up and close down checks are applied and implemented
Allocate staffing roles for day-to-day operations
To manage the setup and event and standards monitoring system
Processing of day-to-day bills
To assist in administrative duties as specified by management
Any other reasonable request made by the management
We are ideally looking for our future Hospitality Supervisor to have at least 2 years experience doing a similar role.
As part of your package, we are offering a salary up to £25,000 per annum.
This role also comes with a workplace pension, life insurance (x2), 28 days holiday pro-rata (including Bank Holidays) increasing to 31 days after 3 years' service. You can also purchase up to 5 additional days annual leave.
