Your key responsibilities as the Chef De Partie
- Ensuring food presentation meets the Lexington standards
Active participation in menu development, offering new ideas and food styles
Support daily / weekly administration tasks
Ability to work overtime when required
Flexible to meet Customer/Client requests
- Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
- Ad-hoc duties to support the catering team and services
