Your key responsibilities as the Bid Writer will consist of:

- Working with the business development and graphic design team to project-manage sales tenders and proposals to meet all deadlines
- Deliver high standards of work through supporting others to complete tender questions
-Develop and co-ordinate an effective library of information
Support the development of content for pre-qualification, RFI's and tender responses
- Working with the Marketing Manager to create marketing activity for tenders
Document collating, formatting, layout and printing
Managing sales collateral, ensuring stock levels are adequate
- Co-ordination and preparation of all presentation materials and logistics


Our Ideal Candidate will:

You will have a degree English, Marketing or Journalism or equivalent with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role. You will demonstrate strong creative writing and marketing skills, a questioning mind, be an outstanding verbal and written communicator with a tactful diplomatic interviewing air and most importantly a strong marketing mind and problem solver. You will have experience of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel (intermediate level).

As part of your package, we are offering a salary up to £25,000 per annum.

This role also comes with company pension scheme, life insurance (x4), 31 days holiday – pro-rata (including Bank Holidays) - Inc to 33 after 2 completed years' service. You can also purchase up to 5 additional days annual leave.
