To manage the day to day running of a small Catering outlet/ Deli bar in the centre of Liverpool , Monday to Friday from 7am - 3pm . Catering for Breakfast lunches and a small amount of hospitality buffet lunches
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

16To prepare hot and cold food including hot breakfast items , deli sandwiches and grab and go items
17To maintain all food safety and health and safety paperwork and comply with company guidelines
18To be responsible for the cash on site entering on to daily bookwork
19To control stock levels, weekly stock takes and keep within company budgets
20To ensure that all menus and promotions are displayed and all merchandising is presented correctly
21To attend training and meetings as required
