Location: Kent SMAC
Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the sites/messes and client and customer satisfaction in each area and all aspects of service delivery, establishing and maintaining a good relationship. To ensure compliance with the Statement of Requirement and adherence to Company Policy and to establish and maintain the required Company Standards. To effectively supervise and motivate staff and implement and assist the development of ongoing staff training.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

| 18 | Ensure the maintenance of Company Quality Control procedures |

| 21 | Promote Company and Defence contracts and seek value-added opportunities |
