As Senior Butler you will be responsible for the day to day running of service on the client dining floor. The role will vary day to day depending on business. The position will be there to support the Hospitality Manager and Assistant Hospitality Manger and leading the Hospitality team with strong leadership skills. A hands on approach is needed ensuring that excellence is achieved in all aspects of service and maintaining the highest standards in professionalism.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

| 16 | To ensure day to day running of 8th floor pantry, fine dining and events are carried out to the highest standards possible. |
| 17 | To plan, prepare, serve, clear and complete catering events on a daily basis |
| 18 | To liaise with Kitchen and Management on daily basis to ensure smooth running and order of service. |
| 19 | To learn and follow the Standards Operational Manual and ensure department is also compliant |
| 20 | Ensure all front of house areas are organized, arranged and maintained to the company standards and specifications |
