Providing first line employee relations advice to the business via the telephone on generalist HR issues, such as disciplinary, absence, grievances etc.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

| 16 | Respond to email queries on employee relations matters (including letter checking service) |
| 17 | Support the wider HR team with employee relations cases and follow-up |
| 18 | Record tribunal activity and escalate to relevant HR Business Partner |
| 19 | Escalate HR queries/concerns in line with the task matrix |
| 20 | Support with internal communications activity, general HR administration and undertake project work (e.g. HR policy implementation etc.) |
| 21 | Maintain HR archiving process including compromise agreements and TUPE information |

Experience and Qualifications

| 34 | Experience in a similar role or experience in an HR Officer/Advisor role |
| 35 | Experience of working within a Service Desk environment (desired) |
| 36 | Experience in handling general employee relations matters |
| 37 | CIPD qualified would be an advantage |
