Charterhouse is one of the country's leading independent schools. Elior provides breakfast, lunch and supper to over 800 pupils plus staff seven days a week. Allied to this we are responsible for meeting a growing demand on hospitality - both within the academic year (includes Headmaster dinner parties, large scale lunches, afternoon teas and dinners) and in relation to a flourishing commercial business.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

| 16 | Develop, train and manage existing front of house team in order to establish and maintain standards of excellence in relation |
| 17 | to the hospitality aspect of the service elior provides, whilst taking an active part in the service delivery when required. |
| 18 | Ensure effective lines of communication and administration are maintained from the point of a booking being initialised |
| 19 | through to post-event evaluation. |
| 20 | Maintain regular checks to ensure consistently high quality of food service throughout all aspects of the hospitality service. |
| 21 | A duty management role will also need to be undertaken within the overall running of this prestigious contract. |

Experience and Qualifications

| 34 | You will have been involved in the running of a high class hospitality service for at least 12 months. |
| 35 | Formal hotel and catering and/or hospitality related qualification (HND or higher) preferred. |
| 36 | A working knowledge of food safety and health/safety essentials with Level 2 certification an absolute minimum - ideally |
| 37 | Level 3 if possible. |
| 38 | Full clean driving licence. |
