We require an experienced Chef Manger to operate the staff restaurant that is also open to the public.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

| 16 | Deliver a first class customer experience with great food and service |
| 17 | Follow all company policies and procedures |
| 18 | Lead and develop the team |
| 19 | Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports using an on line reporting system |
| 20 | Develop a strong customer base to grow sales internally and to increase the uptake by external customers |
| 21 | Providing breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea |
| 22 | The site operates 6 days a week so some flexibility will be required |
