Robertson Barracks is an MOD base where Elior provides the catering, retail and leisure services to the Army. The site comprises of a combined restaurant and cafe, along with two mess kitchens.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

| 16 | To support the Site Manager in delivering innovative and high standard of catering to customers and clients. |
| 17 | Compliance with the Food safety and Health and Safety standards. |
| 18 | To ensure that all company administration and accounts are completed accurately and on time. |
| 19 | To manage the GP and stock control, menu costing and ongoing training of the team. |
| 20 | To supervise staff and assist with their training. |
