Avenance provides great food and refreshments within businesses throughout the UK. As well as taking pride in the quality of the food, we also apply our imagination to crafting menus and creating relaxing eating spaces. We know that delivering consistent value and flexibility to our clients means a close working relationship, therefore we are organised regionally, so that you’ll work with a team nearby. If a contract runs across a business group or the UK, we’re well placed to work according to your needs on a national and regional level.

Concessions and venues

Elior has three companies - digby trout Restaurants, Azure and Eliance Restaurants - delivering catering and hospitality of all types within sporting venues, museums and heritage sites, travel sites, retail and leisure facilities. digby trout Restaurants can be found in heritage sites, museums, galleries and other types of venue. Azure brings energy and refreshment to players and spectators at sports stadia, racecourses and leisure centres. Brands operated by Eliance Restaurants satisfy the needs' of travellers and shoppers at a variety of retail and travel locations, offering everything from quick bites to full meals.

Integrated services

If you need to provide services within your organisation that are more cost-efficient to contract out, Elior UK will cover everything from full facilities management contracts to providing reception staff and vending services. Whatever service we provide, we have the experience, flexibility and logistical muscle to deliver the high level of service and value for money that you, your employees and your customers expect.

Education

Education is a sector that has its own particular needs, which is why Avenance has a separate division to manage education contracts. We work with organisations in the private and state sectors, ranging from primary schools through to further and higher education colleges. Our approach is not just to feed pupils, but to work with clients to educate them about food, health and nutrition. To answer this need, we have developed two programmes: Balance, aimed at older students, and MiniGiant, for primary school pupils.

Healthcare

Healthcare, like education, is a sector that needs specialised expertise; we have those within the Avenance portfolio. Separate management teams look after the care of patients and residents in hospitals and residential homes. Naturally, they draw on Elior’s central resources, such as dietetics, to ensure that the specific nutritional needs of these customers are cared for.
