As part of our approach we work to develop long term relationships with our suppliers in order to secure  the best products, wherever possible regionally sourced.

Whether meat, fish or vegetables we take care  to buy from sustainably managed sources. We are committed to use Red Tractor produce which guarantees traceability to the farm, environmental protection and acceptable standards of animal welfare. Our fishmongers provide us with fish from traceable sources, MSC accredited when required; and do not sell fish listed on the critically endangered IUCN list, which includes bluefin tuna.
