For several years, Elior UK has recognised the contribution of our highest performing employees through the Elior Awards for Excellence. This prestigious, annual awards ceremony recognises talent from across our business in several award categories, reflecting the  company’s  values. These include awards for outstanding customer service, professionalism, corporate responsibility, rising star, and our Employee of the Year.

The event is sponsored by our supply partners and hosted by a famous personality. Every employee has the opportunity to nominate a colleague and the winners are awarded a wonderful holiday. Past excursions have included India, United Arab Emirates and the fabulous Norwegian Fjords and Waterfalls.
