Fontanella
Elior UK’s own unique in-house coffee brand.

A classic Italian coffee house, serving fresh baguettes and speciality breads, paninis and pastries, all freshly prepared each day by an on-site team. Fontanella is driven with a passion for great value home cooked quality in all of its produce and serving it with flair, to each and every customer. Compact and busy with abundant displays and a buzzing counter, its blackboard counters shout ‘Fresh!’
Paul
Elior runs Paul's growing roster of airport and railway concessions on a franchise basis. Artisan bakers with years of training use recipes for bread, viennoiserie and patisseries that have been handed down through the Paul family for over one hundred years. The Paul shops give the impression of a rustic village bakery - all brick, beams and baskets. Each one is a little piece of France, sharing its passion for coffee and good food with customers from all over the world.
Costa
Costa works in partnership with Elior to offer a High Street coffee option that sits as a standalone quality coffee offer. We serve Costa Coffee to Costa’s high standards using their branded crockery and consumables. Elior specifies menu and complimentary food, such as pastries and paninis, along with accompanying drinks.
Café
Elior operated Cafés are currently available in a very large number of Tesco stores. Our Cafés maintain all the standards, consistency and look of a Fontanella Coffee House with the additional advantage of offering a selection of fresh, high quality hot food.
Illy Espressemente
This highly recognisable international brand trains all its baristas to ensure a consistent quality and works to instil a shared passion for coffee within them, while its discerning customers are treated to a high-end experience and a signature blend of 100% Arabica coffee. Illy Espressemente has selected to work exclusively with just one Contract Caterer in the UK – making ours an exclusive and valued partnership.
Concepts
Chefs Forum
The Forum of highly skilled, selected chefs from across the business were initially chosen to research and develop a range of sandwiches – both ‘core’ and premium. With over 90% of our sites making sandwiches in-house, it was an important and natural step to enable all of our Chefs to produce them to maintain our high standards across the business.
The Forum has continued researching and developing easy to use ‘Step-by-Step’ manuals of the best recipes now encompassing Grab & Go and Baguette ranges. Each manual contains details on ingredients, recipe costings, packaging and point of sale materials, while StarChef software enables the ranges to be continually updated – meaning that Chefs Forum range will never be out of date.
Chu
Our culinary and marketing teams have partnered to deliver a brand new street food concept with simple back of house recipes and fantastic branded front of house support to deliver a menu that meets the tastes of a very wide audience. Keeping the lunchtime spend on site means our clients need dishes that will inspire customers, will offer them great value and a great lunchtime experience. We created Chu to take the best bits of the leading high street chains and bring them to life in the employee restaurant, to offer consistency, atmosphere and increased footfall.
Go Sasa
Offers fresh, appealing and delicious. gourmet salads and sandwiches prepared by our chefs –The vibrant salad bar and the beautiful range of deli sandwich fillings waiting to be paired up with the customer’s favourite choice of bread make this the gourmet salad and sandwich bar.

Flavour of the Month
This promotion programme provides our sites with professionally produced seasonal themes and activity focused on special dates, such as St Patrick’s Day. It is an important programme that enlivens our sites and adds value to offers throughout the year. The innovative ideas behind each promotion are designed to assist sustainable profitable growth through increased customer footfall and cash sales, while our in-house Extranet can supplement the promotion via additional downloads and marketing resources.
Great Books
Quarterly produced, these visually enticing recipe books are devised, planned and tested by Elior Executive Chefs. Photographed, prepared and styled in-house, each book is packed with exciting recipes with full cost and supplier back up. Distributed to sites alongside each Flavour of the Month box where a site promotion runs concurrently. Two books are always provided, one for our client and one for our Chef.
