Elior UK’s own unique in-house coffee brand.

A classic Italian coffee house, serving fresh baguettes and specialty breads, Panini and pastries, all freshly prepared each day by an on-site team. Fontanella is delivered with passion to bring great value, home cooked quality and service with flair, to a wide customer base. Compact and busy with abundant displays and a buzzing counter, its blackboard counters announce ‘Fresh!’

Paul

 

 

 

 

Elior runs Paul's growing roster of airport and railway concessions on a franchise basis. Artisan bakers with years of training use recipes for bread, viennoiserie and patisseries that have been handed down through the Paul family for over a century. The Paul shops give the impression of a rustic village bakery - all brick, beams and baskets. Each one portrays a little piece of France, sharing its passion for coffee and good food with customers travelling all over the world.

Costa works in partnership with Elior to offer a High Street coffee option that sits as a standalone quality coffee offer in many different types of client sites. We serve coffee to Costa’s high standards using their branded crockery and consumables. Elior specifies menu and complimentary food, such as pastries and Panini, together with accompanying drinks.

This renowned international brand trains all its baristas to deliver consistent quality and demonstrate a passion for coffee. Illy customers are treated to a signature blend of 100% Arabica coffee. illy Espressemente  selected Elior as its  exclusive Contract Caterer partner in the UK.

Elior operated Cafés are currently available in a very large number of Tesco stores. These outlets maintain all the standards, consistency and look of a Fontanella Coffee House with the additional advantage of offering a selection of fresh, high quality hot food.

Chefs Forum

 

 

 

 

The Forum of highly skilled, selected chefs from across the Elior business were initially chosen to research and develop a range of sandwiches – both ‘core’ and premium. With over 90% of our sites making sandwiches in-house, it was an important and natural step to enable all of our Chefs to produce them to our consistently high standards across the business.

The Forum has continued researching and developing easy to use ‘Step-by-Step’ manuals of the best recipes of Baguette and Grab & Go ranges. Each manual contains details on ingredients, recipe costings, packaging and point of sale materials.

Our culinary and marketing teams have delivered a brand new street food concept combining simple back of house recipes and fantastic front of house branding to deliver a menu that meets the tastes of a very wide audience. Keeping the lunchtime spend on site means our clients need dishes that will inspire customers, offer them great value and excellent service. We created Chu to take the best elements in the leading high street chains and bring them to life in the employee restaurant, to offer consistency, atmosphere and increased footfall.

Our ‘Fresh’ Salad Bar concept has been developed to meet growing demand from customers for healthier eating. Fresh is for customers who are well informed about food, who want to combine convenience with the health benefits of ‘fresh’, unprocessed products. The ‘Fresh’ Salad Bar concept delivers a great range of tasty seasonal recipes as part of our balanced healthier eating offer.

Cakes, pastries and biscuits are sold at nearly all sites across Elior. This manual has been developed by our chefs and marketing team to ensure we consistently provide the highest of standards to all our customers whether using bought in or freshly made cakes.

We have a selection of simple everyday recipes and cover the essentials of baking and displaying including an easy to use finishing guide. 

 

Elior Promotions

Our promotions programme provides our sites with professionally produced seasonal themes and activity focused on special dates in the calendar.  It is an important programme that enlivens our sites and adds value to our offers throughout the year. The innovative ideas behind each promotion are designed to increase customer footfall and cash sales, while our Extranet supplements the promotions campaign with additional downloads and marketing resources.

Great Recipe Books

Quarterly produced, these visually enticing recipe books are devised, planned and tested by Elior Executive Chefs. Photographed, prepared and styled in-house, each book is packed with exciting recipes with full cost and supplier back up. Two books are always provided, one for our  client and one for our Chef.
