We believe it is imperative that our employees feel engaged and motivated by the surroundings in which they work, and so it is vital for us to understand how we are viewed as an employer, the things we do well, and the things that require improvement.
We conduct a regular in-depth employee opinion survey called ‘Speak Out’. The survey aims to give all employees the opportunity to voice their opinion about what it is like to work for the company, covering areas such as internal communication, job satisfaction, and career opportunities.
We are committed to ensuring that we carefully assess employee feedback and act swiftly to make progress in areas that require attention. A variety of new initiatives have been implemented following the publication of previous surveys, leading to improvements which have substantially enhanced our working environment.
